The Ministry of Justice has drafted a new bill about some crime. The draft law prepared by the Ministry of Justice with the immunity of the body against the prohibition of arrest in crimes that are committed intentionally will be removed.

FROM 4 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR IMPRISONMENT

The Turkish Penal Code (TCK) that foresees imprisonment from 4 months to 1 year according to the crime of slight mutilation which does not require the arrest, it was a crime. After that, the courts will be able to give a prison sentence for crimes committed deliberately.
